  • Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function (HR, IT, Finance) as well as coordination and communication between functions.
  • Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
  • Providing consulting services on matters related to fundraising, tax and insurance questions, and business structure and growth.
  • To contribute to the strategic planning of an annual or long term marketing plan to drive forward agreed company objectives.
  • To budget manage and indentify advertising opportunities.
  • To write and distributing press releases.
  • To manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers. This can involve writing and proofreading copy, and liaising with designers and printers.
  • To arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials.

  • To develop strategic relations to secure sponsorship to assist with the publicity and funding of marketing projects.
  • To carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.

  • Administers tests and language assessments for the purpose of evaluating students’ language ability.
  • Assesses students’ progress, expectations, goals, etc. in the bilingual program for the purpose of providing feedback
    to students, parents and administration.
